Our aim is that all guests enjoy their stay with us. Most guests respect the apartments as they would their own house, however some experiences have meant that we wish to make all guests aware of some Terms and Conditions as detailed below. We require a copy of this to be signed on check-in to confirm your acceptance before your stay. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Terms of Stay

Credit card security required. As part of the standard check-in process at the apartments, a valid credit card or debit card is required and will be held against my account. This credit card may be used at any time to settle costs relating to the below:

  • Departure time – 10.30am. On day of departure apartments are to be vacated by 10:30am unless prior arrangements have been made for a late check-out.

  • Smoking only on balconies. We operate a non-smoking policy in all apartments. All have balconies as a smoking area.

  • Excessive Cleaning Charge – $120.00. We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to $120 Inc. GST should the kitchen in our apartments require excessive cleaning upon check-out. This includes the washing of cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans and also if required the cleaning to a greater extent to remove smells from odorous cooking and cigarette smoke.

  • Damages will be charged for. It is agreed that should any damages or breakages occur during our stay the full cost for the replacement of any fixtures, fittings, electrical appliances, crockery or glassware will be paid for on departure.

  • Noise respect after 10pm. We request at all times that users of the apartments are respectful of other guests, we ask that noise and/or music be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm.

  • Please control pets. We allow pets and request that they sleep in their own beds when in the apartments and are kept on leads when walking around the property. PETS MUST NOT BE LEFT IN APARTMENTS UNATTENDED – AT ANY TIME. Please clean up after them. If any damage is caused charges will be made for the costs of equivalent replacement or repair. We accept no responsibility for acts or damage caused by other guests pets.

  • Charge for loss of income. Any deliberate, careless act that results in damage to the property or any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income will be charged to the registered guest.
